Shipping quotes are for the lower 48 states. WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Please contact us for an exact shipping quote. Shipping will be combined on multiple purchases originating from the same warehouse when applicable.
Free Shipping:
Products may be on a special offering for free shipping. This offer is limited to ground service shipping. Items marked for free shipping must be purchased individually. during checkout, F1carbonfiber reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for the “free shipping” option.
Items in-stock usually ship within 1-2 business days.
In the remote case we do not have the item you requested in-stock anymore. We will email you the estimated shipping date with the option of waiting for the item or having your purchase refunded. Most items re-stock within 1-2 business days, others within 5-7 business days.
Special Orders:
Customer will be notifed on a regular basis as to the status of their special order as it progresses through production and shipping. Please be aware that in the process of "one off" items there may be some unforseen delays. We will do our best to consistantly follow though with updating customers as to their order status .
SHIPPING:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Ocasionally something may be incorrect in a shipment due to an ordering or an inventory issue. We will do everything possible to satisfy the issue. Should a shipping or product issue arise. Please contact us directly so we may work together on solution.

All merchandise is in good condition when leaving ExoticCarGear. If a part is lost or broken in transit, it is the receiver's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier. Do not return the part to us. First notify the carrier and file a damage report and receive a claim number. If you return a damaged part without a claim number, the carrier may not cover the loss. All items by us are insured for their full value. If you are unsure how to proceed with a claim, contact our customer office. A claim for a broken or missing part must be made within 5 working days upon receipt of the merchandise. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. ExoticCarGear reserves the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 20% on returned parts. If you should need to return an item, please send the parts back to ExoticCarGear with a copy of your original invoice. Please package the parts properly to avoid damage while in transit.
